Tropik Villas is a collection of uniquely designed villas set in an 'oasis' style setting with a large lagoon pool and lush tropical landscape. A mix of 1,2 and 3 bedroom villas with either a private pool or jacuzzi and fully equipped kitchen. Located close to Selong Belanak beach with its pristine white sand you can enjoy a wide range of water sports including surfing, snorkelling and fishing all accessible from our Beach Club. Feast at all hours from our restaurant featuring an international cuisine and watch the sunset from our Sunset bar. Cuisine and mum and dad enjoy an afternoon beverage in the sunset bar whilst the kids ascend up into the tigers mouth and down the elephants trunk or serpents twisting body to the rock pool below
PAYMENT
a) One-night deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival during low season, 14 days prior to arrival during high/peak season.
b) All deposit is non-transferable. In the event of payment default in the deposit schedule, Villa’s reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
c) Full payment should be settled upon check in/check out
All deposits or pre-payment shall be made either through telegraphic transfer to the account below or by way of bank draft/cheque that is acceptable for presentation at a band in (Indonesia). Telegraphic transfers shall be made to the account hereinafter specified, with a copy of the remittance advice delivered to the Hotel.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
a) Villa’s reserves the right to charge a one night’s fee for cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date for Low Season and within 7 days for High and Peak Season; the same amount penalty fee applies for no shows as well
b) This shall not be contingent upon Villa’s occupancy level for the respective night on which the cancellation or no show occurred. No Show must be paid without reliance on the billed voucher as the client did not arrive and therefore did not submit a voucher.
c) A written cancellation is recommended.
