La Santa Rosa Hotel Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellation Policy
Reservations:
Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the Total Price.

2. No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Group Booking Cancellation Policy (5 or more rooms)
Reservations:

Free Cancellation: Group reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's stay for each room reserved.

No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show, the total price of the reservation for each room will be charged.

Non-Refundable Rate Policy
Reservations:
Non-refundable rate bookings are fully charged at the time of booking and cannot be canceled or modified. No refunds will be issued.

Early Departure Policy
Early Departure:
Guests who depart earlier than the scheduled check-out date will be charged 100% of the remaining balance for the reservation.

Special Conditions
High-Demand Dates & Events:
