Parking available on-site Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement if such failure or delay is caused by 1 a Force Majeure Event. A “Force Majeure Event” means any event beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, riot, civil commotion, acts of war (declared or undeclared), acts of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, epidemics, pandemics, government actions, and interruptions or failures of utilities or telecommunications services. If a Force Majeure Event occurs, the affected party shall promptly notify the other party in writing of the Force Majeure Event and its anticipated duration. The affected party shall use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the Force Majeure Event and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable
