- Hotel Standard Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 12 noon.
- Early check-in and late check-out are available on subject to availability.
- Guests are bound to produce an original proof of identity at the time arrival in the Hotel.

Terms and Conditions:
• Minimum stay applies during certain periods.
• Bedding request will be subject to availability of King Size bedroom or Twin size bedrooms.
• Children below 16 years sharing with an adult on existing bedding - free of charge.
• Check in time is from 15:00 hours and check out time is at 12:00 hours.
• Family Suite and Royal Suite entitle complimentary to get espresso coffee machine.
• Credit card number is required to confirm and guarantee the booking subject to payment policy of each package.
• Credit card and card holder must be present upon check in, otherwise please contact our reservations department.
• Rates quoted are subject to 21% tax and service charge.
• Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under the circumstance where it appears that a reservation contains or resulted from a mistake or error.
• Above package cannot be combined with any other programs, promotions and existing offers.

• Per local law, no guests allowed to arrive or depart on Nyepi Day, Bali’s Silent Day March 22, 2023 | March 11, 2024 | March 29, 2025 | March 19, 2026.
• High Season: 10th June - 20th June with minimum stay 3 night
• Peak Season: 17th April - 30th April | 1st July - 31 August | 23th December - 5th January

No show and Shorten stay policy:
Guests that don’t arrive on scheduled dates without prior notice, or shorten stay will be charged 100% of total room nights at confirmed rate.

Payment policy:
Non-refundable full payment upon booking.
Exchange rates for information only.
All charges will be settled in Indonesian Rupiah at prevailing rates upon departure based on the default currency /exchange rate set by the hotel.

Check-in date Modification:
We require 7 days’ notice prior to your scheduled arrival date for booking modifications, otherwise 1 night fee applies. Please note that any modification to existing bookings will be subject to availability.
