- Full pre-payment should be settled in order to confirm the reservation, otherwise Hotel reserves the right to cancel if there is no payment within 24 hours after confirmation letter is sent
- This booking is non-refundable. Any amendment is considered as cancellation and referred to full arrangements ordered at the first
- No refund is allowed after the payment
- Re-booking is referred to room’s availability and caused new appointed room price
- A valid ID and original Credit Card should be presented by guests upon check-in
- Early check-in and late check-out are chargeable and subject to room’s availability, it requires Hotel’s confirmation
- We are not in a position to accept personal checks and a signing facility is extended only to those corporate accounts that have a credit facility with the respective Hotel
