4) A permit from the property is necessary for conducting commercial photoshoots.

Payment Policies:

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies:

Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel with full refund up to 30 days before arrival.

Partial Refund: A partial refund of 50% refund is offered if cancellation occurs within 30 days before arrival.

No-Show Policy:

No refunds are provided if a guest fails to show up without prior notice.

Modification Policies:

Free Modifications: Guests may be allowed to modify their reservation (e.g., change dates) without penalty if done within 30 days.

Check-In and Check-Out Times:

Check-In Time: 3 PM
Check-Out Time: 11 AM
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: May be available upon availability for free or for an additional fee.

Occupancy Limits:

2 person maximum is allowed per room

Pet Policies:

Pets are not allowed

Smoking Policies:

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed just outside the hotel. Penalties for smoking in non-smoking rooms are applied
