1) Rates are quoted in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) and include 21% tax and service charge
2) Cancellation will be free of charge until 14 days before arrival date . It will be charged the first night if cancel within 14 days of arrival date.
3) Note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.
4) In case of no show, penalty of 100% charge of the first night will be applied.
5) Children age 4 and under can stay for free and children age 5 - 12 can stay for IDR 500.000,00 per child per night.
6) Additional person with extra bed can stay for IDR 500.000,00 per person per night.
7) Exchange rates for information only.
8) Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
9) Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation.
