1) Rates are quoted in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) and include 21% tax and service charge

2) Cancellation will be free of charge until 1 day before arrival date (except for period 24th Dec 2023 - 7th Jan 2024). It will be charged the first night if cancel within 1 day of arrival date.

3) Cancellation for period 24th Dec 2023 - 7th Jan 2024 will be free of charge until 5 days before arrival. It will be charged the first night if cancel within 5 days before arrival date. Full payment is need by latest 5 days before arrival date. Non guarantee booking will be released automatically.

4) In case of no show, penalty of 100% charge of the first night will be applied.
