Refundable rates:



Low season * : cancel within 7 days of arrival 100% of full payment.

High season** : cancel within 14 days of arrival 100% of full payment.

Peak season *** : cancel within 28 days of arrival 100% of full payment.

Covid-19 Extra :

We have amended our cancellation policy; new refundable reservations made for stays till 30 june 2023 – can be postponed at any time without any cancellation fee, till 72 hours prior to 11:59PM local Lombok time the day of arrival.

Requested to proof with Covid-19 positive test .



Non-refundable rates 100 % down payment is required at the time of booking. In case you have to cancel more than 7 days prior to 11:59PM local Lombok time the day of arrival, your down payment will be held as a credit for a future reservation. Kindly note that your new reservation is subject to our room availability and applicable accommodation rates during the new period of your preference.

Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to 11:59PM local Lombok time the day of arrival, will incur 100% cancellation charge of the entire stay including applicable taxes and fees.
