All rates are per room, per night, in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), and include daily breakfast, 10% service charge and 11% government tax (VAT), plus complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort.
Reservation & payment
A 30% deposit or a valid credit-card guarantee confirms your reservation.
The balance is due 14 days before arrival for rooms and cottages, and 30 days before arrival for villas.
We accept credit card, bank transfer or secure payment link.
Rate types
Best Available Rate — our fully flexible rate (see Cancellation Policy).
Non-Refundable Rate — 10% lower, for stays booked at least 30 days ahead; full prepayment is taken at booking.
Occupancy & children
Children aged 0–4 stay free, sharing existing bedding or a complimentary baby cot.
Children aged 4–13 are charged IDR 600,000 per child, per night (breakfast included), on an extra bed.
Guests aged 13 and over are charged as adults.
The Ocean View Suite, Ocean View Cottage and Royal Suite accommodate a maximum of two adults; families are warmly recommended the Connecting Ocean View Cottage or a private villa.
Arrival
Check-in from 2:00 PM; check-out by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.
